What your building and pest report looks like
A Forsite report starts with a one page summary, then grades every finding as a major defect, safety hazard, minor defect or timber pest issue, with photos and a clear recommendation. It follows AS 4349.1 and AS 4349.3, and lists exactly which areas could not be inspected.
