A Forsite building and pest inspection costs $495 for a unit, $560 for a house up to 2 bedrooms, $610 for a 3 to 4 bedroom house and $690 for 5+ bedrooms. All prices include GST, travel across Brisbane City, the report and a phone walkthrough. You get a confirmed price before anything is booked.

Pricing questions
Are your prices including GST?
Yes. Every price on this site is in Australian dollars and includes GST. Some Brisbane companies advertise prices plus GST, which adds 10%.
Why are you not the cheapest?
Because time on site and a proper explanation cost money. Every inspection includes thermal imaging and moisture testing where useful, a plain English summary and a phone walkthrough. We sit in the middle to upper part of the Brisbane market, and we think the extra care pays for itself.
Is travel included?
Yes, across Brisbane City. Outer areas may carry a small travel fee, always quoted before you book.
